To add new articles to your support center, use the Hub app in your Webasyst account. It is easy — simply click on New topic.
Hub offers several types of entries which can be published in the support center, but you can leave the default choice: Article.
First type all the text you want to publish and then apply beautiful formatting using the buttons at the top of the editing area.
With the formatting buttons, you can make some words appear bold or underlined, add links to other pages, and embed tables, pictures, and even YouTube videos.
Once you are done, click on Publish. Or use the Save draft option to complete your work later.
