If you stumble upon an interesting topic in your support center, it is easy to stay up-to-date with any comments which may be added to it later: just follow it.
In the backend, click on the star icon next to topic title to start following it:
To get notified about new comments on the topics you are following, enable the corresponding option in section Hub → Settings → My personal settings:
You can also use the Following link in the left sidebar to view all topics you are following and access all the comments added to them.
On the website, your clients can also follow selected topics. To do so, they need to click on "Follow" on the topic-viewing page:
A client must be logged in to see and click on this button.
Website visitors also have the Following link on the website to view all topics they are following:
