There is one such app in the Russian section of the Webasyst Store: https://www.webasyst.ru/store/app/media/. Perhaps you will find a way to use it or even localize it into English for yourself. If you feel like purchasing the app, I would recommend you to contact the developer first to make sure that you are buying what you want.
